The European Commission and ERTICO – ITS Europe have long been working together with their Chinese counterparts to strengthen cooperation between Europe and China for the development and the deployment of ITS. This cooperation began almost 10 years ago with successful EC co-funded projects such as DYNASTY, SIMBA, SIMBA II and, currently, VIAJEO.
To continue to further the cooperation an EU-China Cooperation Workshop on ITS will take place on 11 May in Beijing. It is co-organised by the EC, ERTICO - ITS Europe and the iMObility Forum. This workshop will focus on key topics: smart mobility, energy efficiency and standardisation.
